Personalized products are products that have a preset designed image and or text. These products may be "Personalized" by adding a name and in some cases, a short phrase or sentence.
Customized products are products that we design to bring your thoughts to life. This can include but is not limited to, pictures, particular colors, phrases, fonts and etc. For customized products, you would go under the "Share Your Story" section and express you thoughts and ideas for that product. We will then contact you within 48 hours to collaborate the design, then send the drafted image, once you are happy with the design plan, we will then start working on the final product. We will give you an estimated timeframe for processing and shipping once you approve of the final draft.

Our canvas bags are crafted with a blend of natural cotton and polyester, offering durability and a stylish look. The screen/eyeglass cleaning cloths are made from a blend of polyester and polyamide, ensuring a gentle and effective clean.
Our mugs are made from high-quality ceramic, ensuring durability and vibrant print.
Tumblers are available in various materials, including glass and food grade stainless steel.
Some cups feature bamboo lids as well as glass straws for an eco-friendly option.
Our baby bottles are also made of glass and all components are BPA Free.
Most of our ceramic mugs and stainless-steel tumblers are top rack dishwasher safe. However, to preserve the personalization and finish, we recommend hand washing your drinkware, especially those made of glass and those with bamboo lids.
For best results, wash personalized textiles in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents, which can damage the print over time

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes before the personalization process begins. Once an item is in production, changes may not be possible.
If you encounter any issues with your product upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. We accept returns on Non-Personalized/ Non-Customized products within 21days of receipt except for drinkware and clothing. We do not accept drinkware or clothing returns for sanitary reasons.
Due to the custom nature of personalized/customized items, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please review the order details carefully.
